Find the event.
Find the time.

The assistant can search accessible events, focus the right result in the agenda, and calculate free days or weeks across the calendars a user selects.

Human in the loop

Every change waits
for confirmation.

Users see one clear action card before anything is written. Schedule-X rechecks permissions and the latest event state when they confirm.

Bring your own AI provider key

Your provider key stays server-side.
Your interface stays white-label.

An organization owner or admin connects one AI provider key per Schedule-X Cloud environment. The key is encrypted and never reaches the browser. Your application keeps its own identity—the embedded view does not present Schedule-X as the assistant.

When the assistant is used, relevant prompts and permission-shaped calendar fields are sent to the configured AI provider with application-state storage disabled.
